rushing mouse, tired mouse, sick mouse

In a few words…
Serious stuff started last week, as I went back to grad school. Things should be fine. Had a terribly tiring first week, filled with speeches, get-along-with-your-new-friends games, and get-along-more-seriously-with-your-friends-with-accounting games. Anyway, I thought I would survive. Things proved I am growing old. After the terrible Ariane game (a game where we sell skis. How fun, would you think. It actually was... at the end of the game, when I started to understand the rules. Hopefully my partners were very patient. Kudos to them), had some food and drinks with old friends from Lille. Was supposed to be the most motivated person to have a sleepless night (nuit blanche). Alcohol, food and Ariane killed me. Went back home safely after a cocooning dinner at Sam’s place. Well, before that night, there was also Marie G’s birthday party, with loadsa new people, very exciting dinner; so, two dinners in a row got me.
This week...
Overall, I am discovering the joys of team work, a founding principle at my grad school. As expected, microeconomics is... not very interesting, I do love marketing, I have a good German teacher for the first time in my life (not bad. Been waiting for that for roughly more than ten years...). My comrades are around my sis’s age, or even, younger, so I do feel like an old lady sometimes. Anyway, as soon as the job starts... For those who did not get the massive email or facebook message, yes, I got the job at the mecenat division of a public bank, and I am more than happy. I’ll start working next Jan. Good news is, money will start flowing next month though ^^ I definitely need new pairs of shoes, clothes, etc. Grad school is not situated in the funkiest place on earth (and the commuting every day is getting on my nerves. Damned it. I’m sure the cold comes from the RER A... cough cough) but it prevents my credit card from collapsing. Bye bye temptations from rue de Grenelle et Saint Germain des Prés, when I was strolling around rue Saint Guillaume....
Talking about temptations... Anne So is going back to Seoul in a few days with Capu. Makes me feel strange to hear that friends of mine will discover my city (sort of. Note the very bad possiveness of mine...) without me. They’ll bump into my old friends from Hanna’s kisuksa, from bars (ahhh, Andy and the comfort zone, ahhh, Hochan and his cats’ bar...). A pang of nostalgia. There’s definitely a before-the-mouse-lived-in-Seoul and after.

What am I planning to do this WE??? Too tired and sick to think.
