Mouse wakes up...

This week was kind of an eye opener.
The first half of the week, as you might know, is devoted to studies, but we had a recruting session for two days on campus, so I wore my black pants and high heels and had been looking for ze-perfect-job for two days, though I already have a job for the coming months actually, it just helped me get an idea of where I might be in two years time, if I'm a lucky mouse.
Then, went back to work on Wednesday as usual. I admit it's nice to go to work without being too tired (i.e., after seven hours of sleep, without mad drinking with friends before...). Then, got this remark from my boss. Your writings for the website are boring, they lack vividness, life, etc. I honestly was a bit surprised to be told that my writings were boring, I felt like the young violon player I used to be, maybe more than 10 years ago, when a famous violinist, during the first lesson he was teaching me, told to the pretty arrogant student (me) "just go back home, work, and come back". I tried to find excuses, i.e., sometimes I have to write on projects with poor background (i.e; no press releases, no proper websites...), which is tauntamount to make a dead thing live again sometimes. Add to this remark the fact that I am now working on the redesign of the intranet of the department I work for... should mean that I must be improving A. the design of this very blog. B. the content of this very blog. To be continued...
