Seen in the press: about Japanese alternative soft power

Read yesterday in le figaro (yep, since I am in a business grad school, yes, I happen to read it)

Japan earned more stars to the Michelin than Paris!
Good news for my stomach when I go to Japan next time!
I do think Tokyo deserved its stars, I had good culinary moments in Japan, and you know that Japanese people love food right?
